Strategy, mission and vision
Alltime entered a new strategy period in 2022 focusing on growth and expanding to other Nordic countries. During the year we reorganized the company structure around business areas and formed a new leadership team to accelerate our development. We refined our strategy in 2023, which now centers on becoming a Nordic leader in maintaining built environments by 2025.
Mission: We make everyday life safer and smoother in our living environments
Our mission is to make everyday life safer and smoother in our living environments. We do this by maintaining the most important spaces of our everyday life – ranging from city streets to industrial areas and homes to offices.
Vision: Nordic leader in maintaining built environments
Our vision is to become the Nordic leader in maintaining built environments during our 2022-2025 strategy period. This includes being among the leaders of our industry in market share, sustainability and service quality. Our growth ambition consists of strong organic and inorganic growth, as well as expanding beyond Finland in the Nordic countries.
Our values are the cornerstone of our culture. As a result of our internal study, we have defined our values as agility, reliability, team work and competence. These turn into concrete behaviors in that lead our daily work, which we want to be known for.
We fix problems quickly and prevent them beforehand.
We answer earnestly and have the courage to make use of our competence.
We also keep our promises to each other and look after our colleagues’ safety.
We develop our skills and value learning, because each role is important in reaching our target.
