What we do
Interested in us, but unsure about what kind of work we actually offer? Most of our open positions are property caretaker, cleaner or outdoor maintenance roles. We also offer seasonal work mainly in outdoors maintenance work – below you can find brief descriptions of typical daily tasks.
We are constantly looking for property caretakers to look after our customers’ premises. Usually these are residential buildings, but we also have many commercial buildings, offices and public spaces. In our operating, each property has its very own assigned caretaker, which you are then responsible for. Being in contact with residents, changing light bulbs, opening doors for people who have locked themselves outside and small HVAC installations are examples of work tasks you might encounter during a day.
Our cleaning professionals work in very different environments, from apartment buildings to commercial ones. We help our customers maintain their desired cleanliness level by for example washing and waxing floors, dusting and using professional machines like floor scrubbers.
Alltime does maintenance contracting with cities and municipalities, which means we maintain city streets, sidewalks, parks and sports facilities. Depending on the weather and season, you might be plowing snow, sanding the sidewalks, planting greenery or mowing the lawn. Given the needed licenses and skills, you might be driving a tractor, using a chainsaw, holding a shovel or pushing a lawnmower.
Our summer and seasonal workers are an invaluable help in succeeding during peak seasons. Many of our seasonal workers return year after year to join our team to for example mow lawns, plant greenery or pick up trash. During the winter we often offer seasonal jobs for snow workers.
